What Is Your Policy To Address A Concern With An Order?
Please reach out to me via email if you are unhappy with your order and attach pictures for us to discuss the issue. Please note that we do not offer refunds as all orders are made to order. Additionally, any deposit placed on an order is nonrefundable.

Please note that if you fail to collect your order, I cannot issue a refund. If you wish to receive the product at a later date, you will be required to pay for both the original order and the new one. It is important to understand that we cannot resell any product that is not collected by the customer.
For custom orders, please make sure that you are certain about your order before placing it. Once you have paid for your order, we cannot offer any refunds or store credit.
